BookRenter TikiTribe Terms and Conditions

Listed below are specific terms and conditions by BookRenter.

1. A Qualified Referral is defined as a textbook rental order made at the www.BookRenter.com site (the "Site") by a person (a "Referred Customer") who arrives at the Site via another person's TikiTribe Program link ("Personal Link").

2. Personal Links will be issued only to individuals. An individual must be registered at the Site to be issued a Personal Link, but the individual does not have to have made a purchase from the Site.

3. The individual who was issued a Personal Link by BookRenter will be considered to be the "Referring Customer" for all Qualified Referrals made using that Personal Link, regardless of whether a Referred Customer obtained the Personal Link directly from the Referring Customer or from another source.

4. For each shipped Qualified Referral you will earn a $5 rewards credit, . Orders cancelled or refunded by the Referred Customer do not qualify as a valid referral.

5. Target, Amazon, Fandango, iTunes, American Red Cross or PayPal reward credits will be payable in $10 increments and paid out every 30 days. Check your BookRenter TikiTribe account for details.

6. Unless otherwise specifically stated by BookRenter, a Referred Customer may use only 1 discount or promotion for any given rental order and can't combine any additional discounts or promotions associated with the Personal Link.

7. If a Referring Customer provides a Personal Link to another person by email, the email must be created and distributed in a personal manner that is appropriate and customary for communications with friends and family members. Bulk email distribution, distribution to strangers, or any other promotion of a Personal Link in a manner that would constitute or appear to constitute unsolicited commercial email or "spam" under any applicable law or regulation is expressly prohibited and will be grounds for immediate termination of the Referring Customer's account and deactivation of the Personal Link.

8. BookRenter reserves the right to cancel the TikiTribe Program or to change these terms and conditions at any time in its sole discretion.

9. Rewards are fulfilled on either the last day of each month or every other month for all confirmed referrals as outline for the different referral types. We may withhold for investigation, or refuse to process any transaction we deem fraudulent or we believe will impose liability on us.

10. A registered user may not use their own Personal Link to purchase from BookRenter. If he or she does purchase using their Personal Link, he or she will not be rewarded and TikiTribe has the right to disqualify the individual from earning rewards in the future.

11. The TikiTribe Program may use personal information to:

1. provide products and/or services and customer support you request or order;

2. process transactions and send notices about your transactions;

3. resolve disputes, collect fees, and troubleshoot problems;

4. prevent potentially prohibited or illegal activities, and enforce the Agreements and our Acceptable Use Policy(ies) and those of contracted third parties of which you have been made aware;

5. customize, measure, and improve our products, services and the content and delivery of our products, services and Website(s);

6. send you targeted marketing, product and/or service update notices, and promotional offers based on your communication preferences;

7. compare information for accuracy and verify it with third parties
